I’ve decided I want to blog more. Rather than just thinking about doing it, I’m starting right now. I will be posting on this blog once a day for all of 2011, because as they say… to write more, you’ve gotta write more. And over the last couple of years Facebook has been trying to suck the life out of my blog. No more I say! 2011 is the 10th anniversary year of Bless Your Heart and I think it will be really cool if I can post every day of this year.
I know it won’t be easy, but it might be fun, inspiring, awesome and wonderful. Therefore I’m promising to make use of The DailyPost, and the community of other bloggers with similiar goals, to help me along the way, including asking for help when I need it and encouraging others when I can.
If you already read my blog, I hope you’ll encourage me with comments and likes, and good will along the way.

Shannon that is a great idea and you are right one has to write more to be able to write more. And you are right again that FB has sucked the creativity out of me because it’s just so convenient. I totally post on there more than my own blog. I hope to write more in 2011 also. A happy and healthy New Year to you and your loved ones.

what a good goal. I hate what facebook has done to blogs. I miss keeping up with everybody. (well more than a quick blip about what they fixed for dinner) looking forward to hearing all aboutcha!
