It came to my attention recently that I don’t taste what I’m cooking while I’m cooking it. I didn’t realize that, but apparently it’s a little weird to my family. If I’m making a dish I’ve made a million times, there is no need for me to taste it, I just don’t think to do it. But if it’s a new recipe I’ll taste it as I go along.   1. I never taste while I cook either. UNLESS, i’m making cookies. Then I do try out the cookie dough. However, since I count cookie dough as it’s own food group…does that count?!? :LOL
