I’m trying to read more this year. My goal is at least 30 books. So far I’m doing pretty well, but it is Winter. I’m also tracking this on Facebook in the visual bookshelf app. So do any of you have any recommendations for me? And don’t say Twilight because I KNOW. I’m on the waitlist at the library. Number 9 now! In fact, I’m about to leave for the library to pick up 6 more books. More Jodi Picoult and Sophie Kinsella. But I’d like more suggestions! What are you reading right now?
Ooh.. I couldn’t even do this if i wanted too. I go through books like water.
I would say Charlaine Harris and her sookie Stackhouse books. They turned it into a HBO show – True Blood. But the books are lots of fun!
If you Miss cornwell, I also suggest Micheal Conolly’s Harry Bosch books. And Diana Galbaldon’s book and they must be read in order but they are AMAZING!! lol

Read Between, Georgia by Joshilyn Jackson. A great Southern book.
I like your list. I am on the list to receive a Kindle 2 that was my Christmas present. I’m always looking for a good read.

just read the sophie kinsella books. She is so funny. Currently reading Nora Roberts series about the Donovans.. its pretty fun. Have you read The Secret Life of Bees? That was excellent. If you like Sci-fi AT all. I suggest David Eddings. Steven and I both love his books.

I love the series by author Diane Mott Davidson. It’s about a lady who is a caterer in Colorado but always is solving murders…they are a fun read. There are several in the series and if you start at teh beginning, the characters develop over time.

Dude, I have all 4 of the Twilight books. I’ll lend them to you no problem. Plus, they are the kind of books that as soon as one is done, you will want to pick up the next one straightaway, no wait list. We’ll arrange a meet up. 🙂
Also, may I recommend the Book Thief by Markus …crud…someone and What Time Devours by AJ Hartley. They were both really good.

I assume you’ve read the Harry Potter books? If not, you should check them out. Depending on your thoughts on sex in books, I HIGHLY recommend the Antia Blake novels. Yum!

Wow, I’m very impressed by this. I really wish I could read more. Maybe it’s my choice of authors. I’m trying to read Dickens. Heh. Oh, I do love youth books since they are easy to get through. Eleanor Estes (Ginger Pye) is a favorite, as well as Kate DiCamillo (Tale of Despereaux) if you’ve never read them before.
