Last night I met Susan, Will, & Olivia for dinner. Then we put a car seat in my car and Miss O came home with me for the weekend. Will is at drill and Susan is in a golf tournament today. O was great last night. She walked in the house and fell in love with the doedees right away. The pugs love her right back. Well, Molly is more excited about it, especially because O is like a walking treat machine. Kiki is just old and annoyed and wants to nap and why can’t any human understand her needs?
I heard “She’s tissing me!” all night when Molly would give O licks. And every time O would find a dog toy and ask what it was she’d go try and stuff it in a pug’s mouth. They loved that. Heh.
When it was time for bed O got sooo excited that the doedees would be sleeping with us. She climbed into bed and watched in delight as the pugs climbed in right after her. Then the cutest
thing happened. Olivia lay her head down on the pillow and Molly curled up right next to her and went to sleep. I honestly don’t know why I don’t have a camera surgically attached to my body so I won’t miss shots like that.
This morning we woke up, had breakfast, took a bath, got dressed and ready for our day. When I was putting on my make up there was a flurry of questions. “Whazat?” and “Why” were the favorites. When I explained “make ups” Olivia observed “Like Gammo?” Yes. Just like your Grandma. I felt ever so glam.
We went to Sara’s and met up with Jake, Joey, Papa & Gigi to go to lunch and the fair.
It was a gorgeous, sunny, 480 degree day. We had a big time looking at all the “aminals”.
Loved these fashionista sheep.
The rest of my photos are on Flickr but you need to be a friend or family to see them since they are chock full of pics of the kids. Oh, except for the generic fair pics. Those are open to the public. Click to your right.
We came home and had some quiet time hanging out with the pugs. Molly threw herself back on a cushion at one point to show O her belly and that’s when Olivia announced that “Molly looks like she needs a diaper.” You are so right Olivia.
Candice called so we went next door to play and have dinner.
Now it’s time for bed. O’s already fast asleep upstairs and I’m about to take my worn out self upstairs too. She’s so much fun and I love her so much, but man, now I know why my parental friends are always in bed by 10 pm!

Oh sounds like fun. I hope I get to be an auntie type at some point in time. All the fun, very little of the responsibility/consequences. Yay!! Incidentally, I went once to a county fair where they had a sheep fashions how. The girls (4-h, i think) had to make something for themselves and their sheep to wear out of wool. And then they had to parade around with the sheep at this show. Sheep are apparently NOT very cooperative!!!

Olivia sounds like a total doll! They’re so fun at that age, full of questions.
Those sheep look like the National 4-H bobsled team, lol! ‘spandex is a privilege, not a right’
