We woke up fairly early today and got ready for our first sea day. CSP SOAKED the bathroom by turning on the shower wand without knowing it. That shower has incredible water pressure and water shot out of the shower wand like a cannon and soaked the entire bathroom! Bahahaha!!! We spotted the Disney Treasure off in the distance from our balcony! See you in 2027 Treasure!

We went up to the Galley for breakfast.

I had French toast and CSP had an eggs Benedict with Chorizo. The ship is still really rocking! We are bouncing around like ping pong balls when walking the halls!

Next we went to the Virgin gift shop to get our traditional magnet souvenir.

Then we decided to explore the ship a bit.
I like how in each elevator bank there is a directory and a hand sanitizer station.

The ship is decorated for Christmas and there are tons of places all throughout the ship that are perfect for taking pictures!

This ^^^ is the Roundabout. There is not a grand atrium like some cruise ships, instead there’s the Roundabout. It spans two decks.

This ^^^ Season’s Greetings backdrop is SOOO cute but CSP is too tall and we couldn’t get him to fit in here to get our picture. Whomp whomp, lol.
We went up to decks 15 & 16- the pool and sports decks. It was SO WINDY!

This ^^^ is the net. You can lay out on this but warning! You’re over the ocean 16 decks up in the air! This is at the back of the ship and I am way too much of a scaredy cat to lay out on this net!

I was so windblown after our tour, so we went back to the cabin for a quick minute so I could brush my wild hair!
We then went down to deck 7 to the Social Club for trivia. I love these sea horses outside of the Social Club!

I am a big trivia nerd and love to play! We finished in the top 5! I use the term “WE” loosely, as CSP was little help! LOL. If I needed a name he would just say “BOB”. I said why do you keep saying Bob? He said “Eventually I’ll be right” 😂 He was not. LOL

After trivia we went to check out Bingo with the Diva (drag bingo). The line was LONG already, and we went down an hour before the start time! The Virgin app didn’t tell us how much bingo cards were, so we inquired while we were there, and decided we would wait and play on our next voyage.
It was time for lunch so we went to the Pizza Place.

They make your pizza on demand, and boy is it good! CSP got Pretty Fly for a White Pie, and I got the Chicken Pesto pizza.

We ate in the Pizza Place (hands down the best pizza at sea), then for dessert, we stopped by Lick Me Til Ice Cream for a cone. The ice cream is delicious and they have special flavors that change each day.
We popped back to our cabin and found presents on our bed!

There was an Inky the Octopus ornament and 2 Ahoy 2025 pins! So nice!

We took a nap then showered and dressed for dinner. Dinner tonight was at Extra Virgin, the Italian restaurant. None of the restaurants onboard charge you for eating there, unless you choose an item off their menu that comes with an upcharge. We didn’t spend a dime on food and were vv well fed!

Vikos from India was our server and he did a wonderful job! He thought I didn’t order enough to eat so he insisted on bringing out the sea bass in addition to my choices. I was a good sport and tried the sea bass, but it had the skin on it, which skeeved me out, so I gave it to CSP.

To start, we were given delicious focaccia bread with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.

CSP ordered mussels, the charcuterie board, spaghetti alle vongole (with clams), and the NY strip.

I chose the aroncini (spelling??) and bucatini alla carbonara with the brussell sprouts in polenta.

For dessert I chose the bread pudding and CSP got the affogato (ice cream and coffee prepared table side. like a coffee float).
It was a long dinner so afterward we went back to our room for bed! Tomorrow is another sea day!
