I get those kinds of comments all the time. We skipped the whole IVF thing too. I used to belong to an infertility support group, and each of the other people in the group had tried IVF at least three times each(one of them seven times!). Sometimes I feel like a fish out of water, even in the infertility community. I am six weeks post-op on my hysterectomy, and am feeling great. Ask for the good pain meds. They made all the difference for me.
