Wow, it’s Friday already. This was my long week at work and today is the first day of a week off. Hurray! Jon’s off for the week too, so we plan on getting lots of home improvements done.
In techie news I’ve finally broken down and joined Netflix. We should get our first movies this weekend. I’m not a big tv watcher in the summer anyway, and it works out to be $5 a week if you just watch one movie a week, which is basically the price of one movie at Blockbuster anyway. And no late fees! And they have a ridiculously huge amount of movies to choose from. I already have 42 in our queue! Have any of you used Netflix? Happy with it?

I have heard of it but never tried. It sounds good. We don’t watch TV in the Summer also. Hmmm sounds good.

No, we don’t use Netflix, but we should, especially for the summer. We might have to think about it. I do belong to SimplyAudioBooks.com and it’s the same thing, but only with books on CD. You can have two out at a time and I really like that because I like to put on my headsets and listen when I clean. If I listen to music when I clean I get sidetracked and start singing and performing my own concert for the cat, soooo, this is better. Let us know how it goes – I’m curious.

I love Netflix! I haven’t been ordering from them lately because of all my wedding preparations, but I have been missing my movie marathons. The price is so reasonable and I love the ease of returning the movies!

I love netflix. I have over a hundred movies on my queue now. Its insane how many movies I never knew about that now I can’t wait to see. The only thing that drives me crazy is when I rent something and then a few days or weeks later I see it playing on cable. Its so weird when that happens – particularly if its an old movie like Soylent Green.

I just canceled my Netflix account a few weeks ago. I canceled it because we’re moving and trying to save up some extra cash. However, I love Netflix. The turn around time was fast and I never got a scratched DVD like I usually got when renting from the video store. Even canceling was quit and no-hassle. I’m sure we’ll rejoin later on.

We love Netflix! OK, so I am biased – my hub works for them. But we were customers first! Definitely rate your movies after you watch them – they have an engine on the site that will recommend movies based on what you’ve rented.
