bridal emergency!

sunday after having breakfast with jon i headed out to the alterations shop to pick up my bridesmaid’s dress. sara, morgan, and amy met me there to pick up their dresses too. they weren’t ready!! the wedding is saturday folks. to make matters worse the lady messed up sara’s dress. all she had to do was the bustle (which came out fine) and shorten the straps. the straps look pretty bad. it looks all folded up and bunchy and thick where it’s supposed to be smooth with a flat seam. plus, the bodice is covered with little flowers made out of tightly wound wire so it’s sparkly. 3 or 4 of these wires were sticking straight out about 2-3 inches each. poor sara. she was crying and the lady swore that was the only way to do it. my mom’s going to try and get it fixed today, but it’s going to be a race against the clock since she still has to get it steemed before saturday!
