chick flicks!

i’m a singleton this week. husband closes at work monday, tuesday, thursday, friday & saturday. that means he doesn’t get home til at least midnight. he’s taking me to lunch as much as he can this week, but that’s the only time i’ll see him save wednesday night. looks like it’s chick flick week! last night’s feature: riding in cars with boys. it was a pretty good movie, somewhat on the depressing side. drew did a good job going from teenager to 35 year old, but it wasn’t convincing to me that she was a 20 year old man’s mother. i guess because i know i’m older than her. brittany murphy was good in it too. and i’ve always loved steve zahn. he just cracks me up.
