crazy mazy
husband and i walked the neighborhood last night after i got off work. yesterday was one of those perfect weather days. sunny but not hot with a nice breeze, just slightly on the cool side. opened the windows in the house and took advantage. anyway, we walked the part of the neighborhood we don’t normally drive through. i just love looking at other people’s houses. especially if you can see in the windows a bit. there’s this house on the corner of our street and a crossing street with the most unusual yard i’ve ever seen. all the lots are approx. 1/4 acres and this entire yard has been transformed into this maze type thing. there are a ton of flowers and a path that winds through them. it goes around the side of the house to the back where, i kid you not, part of the yard has been laid with tile, there’s a little windmill (like at putt putt) and there’s even a train set up on tracks that runs through man made tunnels and around tiny mountains. i can not wait to see this house at christmas.
