i can’t believe she’s already 12. my sweet baby sister is growing up. i feel so old. she’s shaving her legs now. i’m gonna need a day to recover when she gets her period.

jon had to work late last night (til midnight). i’m still not used to being all alone in the house at night. watching panic room previews doesn’t help. i swear i heard 4 gunshots last night.

i talked via email with heather today. she’s the ex-girlfriend of my ex-boyfriend damon. it’s kinda weird that we’re friendly with each other since we both dated the same boy (and at one time we were both dating him at the same time). but i’m glad we are. she’s really great. anyway, turns out damon got married in september and heather sent me a link to some pictures. click on clients then he and tammy are the 2nd row, 2nd, 3rd and 4th pics in. he looks very handsome. she doesn’t strike me as the type he would have married. i don’t know what i was picturing, but he looks happy and that’s what’s important.
