we closed on the house yesterday! yay! we’re homeowners! let me tell ya…tuesday (the day before closing) had to have been the longest day of my life. and the most stressful!! the mortgage co. wouldn’t close until the termite treatment was complete. well that didn’t happen until we actually were in the closing! talk about taking it down to the wire. jeez…
but all’s well now. we had lunch with jon’s dad then ran some errands, loaded up my rav and took down all of our pictures and mirrors etc. mom and hale met us over there with champagne and we went with them and morgan to showmar’s. went home and just collapsed into bed. what a day! it sucked when we had to go to the apt to sleep though. we wanted to stay in the house.
moving on saturday! off work tomorrow through wednesday.
