snafu!!! argh. jon went to the reinspection this morning. you know, i’ve thought that while mildly amusing, his wanting to be at the inspections of the house were borderline anal. but i’m glad he went this morning because just 5 days til closing and we find out the termite inspection never happened! what’s up wid dat! oh lord i’m a gansta wanna be. anyway, i’m just a weee bit nervous now. i want this to go well so badly. we both are so excited and just about all packed up and this happens. plus there are still a couple of things on the focus list the current homeowner has not fixed yet. one of them being that there’s no power to the ceiling fan outlet in the master bedroom. she’s had 2 months to get everything done here. please let this work out. say a prayer.
